He is more than just a great martial arts instructor, but a great role model. My youngest has also grown in many ways as he learns to be independent and confident in himself and his abilities. I would recommend that every women of any age take the time to learn the skills that were taught. I hope we never need to use what we learned, but it is very empowering to know what to do if we ever find ourselves in an uncomfortable situation. Master Denis was professional and an excellent teacher. It was evident that he has a passion for teaching self defense skills.
